Keeping things super simple.
Apps to get things done. Email first.
We live in a world drowning in apps. KISS Lab builds differently β calm, email-native tools that solve one real problem and then get out of your way. No new tab to keep open. No subscription creep. No data selling.
01 β SimpleEvery feature survives one question: could this be simpler?
02 β EmailThe only universal API that ever shipped. We build on it.
03 β Buy onceWhere we can, we charge once and disappear.
04 β No nonsenseNo ads. No tracking pixels. No data selling. Ever.
05 β Calm techWe speak up only when it matters. Then we shut up.
Four tools.
One shared conviction.
Do the job. Get out of the way. Tap any card to expand β the why, and the email address you actually use.
Notivate notivate.me
A quiet preparation layer for the dates that matter.
Reminds you weeks ahead β never the morning of.

The preparation layer
Most reminders arrive too late. Notivate fixes the timeline: it tracks the dates that carry real weight β passport expiries, insurance renewals, tax deadlines, birthdays, anniversaries, vet appointments, school events β and pings you weeks ahead so you have time to actually act.
Login is passwordless via magic code. The tone is calm and warm: for the ones who never stop caring. Privacy is first-class β nicknames instead of full names, no ads, no data selling, one-click delete.
Why it matters
Notivate sells lead time, not dates. That is what differentiates it from a calendar. As personal AI agents mature, a structured things that matter memory becomes a natural integration target β the kind of primitive every life-management agent will want to read from.

Group scheduling, settled by AI.
CC please@juggleit4.us and the AI settles scheduling for everyone.

Scheduling without the asymmetry
Group scheduling is broken. Calendly is one-sided: one person shares their calendar, everyone else accommodates. Doodle and When2Meet require every participant to create an account.
JuggleIt fixes both. CC please@juggleit4.us on any thread, and the AI reads context, generates a polling page, collects availability from every participant, and locks in a slot. No app. No signup. No login β for anyone.
Why it matters
The CC-an-agent pattern is exactly how agentic email will work at scale. JuggleIt is already shaped like that future. The treats-everyone-equally model also sidesteps the social friction that has capped Calendlyβs reach into senior or external relationships.

Save anything, from anywhere
Send a note, link, photo, or screenshot to please@clipit4.me. Put space-separated tags in the subject line β restaurants birthdays β and ClipIt files the clip into matching stacks automatically. Browse later at clipit4.me/my. Your first email creates the account. A bookmarklet handles desktop capture.
Why it matters
Capture is the unglamorous primitive of personal knowledge management. The subject-line-as-tags pattern is unusually clean β and maps perfectly to how LLMs think about content. As people accumulate years of clips, that corpus becomes a high-value substrate for personal AI search and recall. ClipIt is also the natural home for ex-Pocket users following Mozillaβs shutdown in 2025.

Your reading list, out loud
Email any URL, pasted text, or image (OCR included) to please@speakit4.me and an MP3 link arrives back in your inbox. Articles get cleaned. Photos get OCRβd. Output plays in any podcast app, car stereo, or earbuds. No app. No account. Works from any device, any email client, anywhere.
Why it matters
Audio listening keeps eating share from reading, and modern neural TTS has crossed the line where converted articles are genuinely podcast-quality. The email input pipe is share-friendly: forward an article from anywhere on any device and it just works β UX that ages well as devices fragment further.
No ads. No data selling. No nonsense.
You are the customer, not the product.
